RINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES（主要職責(zé)）

Ensure Process Operation Technicology achieve the objective of Gasification Facility operating in safe, reliable and productive condition.

保證工藝技術(shù)達(dá)到氣化裝置安全、可靠、高負(fù)荷運(yùn)行的要求。
1.Manage the gasification productions KPI at JV’ company’ s level. Including the availability & reliability & efficiency & Alarm/Aut- control，etc.
負(fù)責(zé)管理氣化裝置公司級(jí)運(yùn)行KPI，包括裝置在線率、運(yùn)行穩(wěn)定性以及報(bào)警/自控投入率等等

2.Manage the start-up/ Shutdown/ Adjustment operation for those are in JV’ company level with technical and cooperation with ASU and Purification and Utilities, Including the interface between facilities.
技術(shù)管理和協(xié)調(diào)公司級(jí)的開/停廠以及工況調(diào)整，包括與空分裝置、凈化裝置以及公用工程和主產(chǎn)品的技術(shù)協(xié)調(diào)，以及裝置間界面管理。

3.Periodically audit SWIM and checklist, find the weakness, revise related contents to match actual condition, ensure all the SWIM and checklist are the newest and match operation status. Manage daily operation activities, ensure each operation action following up SWIM and Checklist;
定期審查《操作法》和檢查表，發(fā)現(xiàn)不足、更正其內(nèi)容與現(xiàn)場(chǎng)實(shí)際相符，確保其與實(shí)際操作狀況相符合且為最新。管理日常操作，確保《操作法》和檢查表得到貫徹。

4.Lead to do operator technical competency development and appraisal, according to the appraisal result about each operator, develop training plan for each operator, push each operator development.
負(fù)責(zé)員工技術(shù)評(píng)估，依據(jù)評(píng)估結(jié)果，制訂員工技術(shù)培訓(xùn)和技能提高計(jì)劃，并組織實(shí)施，以提高員工技術(shù)能力。

5.Find the trouble and issue in time, quickly deal with site any safety and operation issue with correct way, work close with maintenance and Technical team to quickly deal with equipment issue, report any issue following up JV safety policy.
及時(shí)發(fā)現(xiàn)和正確處理安全隱患和生產(chǎn)故障，與維修和技術(shù)團(tuán)隊(duì)緊密工作、迅速解決設(shè)備故障，按合資公司安全規(guī)定上報(bào)生產(chǎn)事故。

6.Management Bypass and jumper policy at Gasification Facility, manage any bypass and jumper action with SWP and Record, ensure any action follow up JV process safety policy.
管理氣化裝置聯(lián)鎖旁路工作票和記錄管理，使其符合合資公司工藝安全規(guī)定。

7.Review alarm list every day, find the abnormal condition, work close with other function team, deal with any abnormal issue in time, ensure plant are operating in safety and reliability.
每天檢查報(bào)警畫面，查找不正?，F(xiàn)象及時(shí)協(xié)調(diào)處理，保證氣化裝置安全可靠運(yùn)行。

8.Ensure compliance with E&HS procedure, Process Safety, MOC’s and MI & RBI and all related PTS activities requirements. , periodically review Operator BSP book, find the weakness and push operator to improve site E&HS condition.
確保生產(chǎn)運(yùn)行與環(huán)境健康和安全程序、工藝安全、變更管理|機(jī)械完整性&基于風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的巡查等有關(guān)的運(yùn)行工廠技術(shù)方案中心的要求相一致；定期審查生產(chǎn)員工基本安全程序手冊(cè)，發(fā)現(xiàn)差距并促使員工共同努力改善現(xiàn)場(chǎng)環(huán)境健康和安全條件。

JOB REQUIREMENTS（崗位要求）

Candidates for this position with be evaluation on the basis of the following:

1.Demonstated managerial leadership potential and proven interpersonal skills.
管理和領(lǐng)導(dǎo)、人際溝通能力

2.Experience in Gasification Facility operation/maintenance and product distribution.
豐富的氣化裝置運(yùn)行和維護(hù)、生產(chǎn)管理經(jīng)驗(yàn)

3.Minimum 11 years experience of pulverized coal gasification operation, including 8 years experience in shell Gasification Facility.
至少11年粉煤氣化的運(yùn)行經(jīng)驗(yàn)，其中至少8年殼牌氣化裝置生產(chǎn)運(yùn)行經(jīng)驗(yàn)

4.Middle of EN expression.
中級(jí)英語。

5.Bachelor degree minimum, majoring Chemical engineering and related.
