崗位職責：
? Manage all the automatic filling system operation tasks in shift, evaluate and solve important operation task and abnormal task.
管理班次內自動化包裝系統(tǒng)的所有運營作業(yè)內容, 關注并解決重點任務以及異常任務。
? Responsible for automatic filling equipment statue and management of operators in shift, also improve team ability.
負責班次內包裝設備的整體狀態(tài)檢查和人員工作安排，并提升團隊能力。
? Responsible for the EHS issue during daily operation, take actions and document. Also find out and correct the unsafe behavior of other colleagues.
對生產中EHS問題提出糾正預防措施并做好各類文件記錄，及時發(fā)現并糾正班組其他員工的違章和不安全行為。
? Responsible for the bagging materials management in shift, including film, bag, empty pallet.
負責班次內的包裝材料管理，包含袋子，套膜以及空托盤等。
? Supervision of maintenance work within filling building in shift.
監(jiān)督區(qū)域內作業(yè)設備的保養(yǎng)、維護、檢查等。
? Looking for internal & external resource including maintenance team, digital team, EHS and process to solve problem which have impact to daily operation in shift.
協(xié)調內外部資源（包括維修團隊，數字化團隊，安全，流程），解決班次內的運營問題。
? Coaching operator to stop automatic equipment and stop related working in case of disruptions or unplanned incidents. Prepare necessary solution and report to operation supervisor or operation manager base on different cases.
在發(fā)生工作中斷或意外事件時，及時響應并給出處理建議，指導操作員進行必要的安全停止操作并停止相關作業(yè)，根據不同事件匯報給運營主管或者運營經理。
? Responsible for operation supporting devices management in shift, for example E-pad, walkie talkie, forklift, etc.
負責班次內的運營輔助設備的使用管理，例如平板電腦，對講機，叉車等。
? Responsible for communication and interaction with external interfaces like forwarders and internal interfaces like planners and PE plant operators.
負責與內、外部接口（如PE生產車間、計劃員）的溝通和互動。
? Manage the external supplier operation in shift, for example empty pallet supplier.
管理班次內外部供應商的安全操作，例如空托盤供應商等。
? Management of Non-daily processes in shift: unqualify bag handle, filled bag product recheck, label ordering, disposal process, cancellation process.
管理班次內非日常工作：異常包裝處理、包裹抽檢、標簽管理、報廢流程、撤銷任務等。
? Responsible for CCR operation and management in shift, including MES operation, DCS monitoring, FF monitoring, ERC communication, etc.
負責班次內中控室的日常操作和管理，包括MES操作，DCS監(jiān)控，消防系統(tǒng)監(jiān)控，ERC響應等。
? Responsible for training, KPI management, work certification management of employee in shift.
負責班組內成員的培訓，KPI考核管理，作業(yè)資質管理。
? Responsible for the leave operation tasks and leave problem handover to next shift.
對交接班遺留作業(yè)內容以及遺留問題交接進行負責。
? Active contribution to problem solving, incident handling, continuous improvement process and innovations.
積極對問題解決、事件處理、持續(xù)改善項目和創(chuàng)新做出貢獻。
? Active contribution to EHS-objectives and adherence to all relevant agreements regarding Safety, Health, Environment and Quality.
積極對EHS目標作出貢獻，遵守質量、安全、健康和環(huán)境相關協(xié)議。
? Responsible for safety discussion and safety talk in shift.
負責班組內的安全談話以及組織安全討論。
? Complete other tasks assigned by superior leaders, no limit within current shift.
完成上級領導交辦的其他任務，不局限于本班次內作業(yè)。

任職要求：
? Minimum 2 years’ work experiences as shift lead in comparable filling system or related factory shift management.
具備2年及以上的包裝線或者相關生產車間班組管理工作經驗。
? Forklift license required. Experience or wish of learning SAP, MES.
持有有效叉車操作證。具備SAP， MES經驗，或者有學習SAP，MES的意愿。
? Reliable and independent: Assurance of EHS, quality, cost, and reliability in an automated environment as well as technical specifications and standards.
可靠獨立：在自動化環(huán)境下，保證現場物流操作符合EHS、質量、成本和可靠性，以及技術規(guī)范和標準的要求。
? Problem solving: The employee requires excellent problem-solving capabilities in order to be able to take action timely in case of incidents and unplanned incidents.
問題解決：具備專業(yè)的問題解決能力，以便在發(fā)生事故和意外事件時能夠及時采取行動。
? Communication: Effectively communication capabilities for the interaction with external and internal interfaces like forwarders and planners.
溝通交流：具備與內、外部接口（如承運商、計劃員）有效溝通的能力。
? Technologies in the field of work: profound technological capabilities and an understanding for the complexity of the work environment are required. Also better to have automatic background and knowledge.
專業(yè)技術：具備專業(yè)的技術能力和對工作環(huán)境復雜性的理解，具備自動化設備使用知識和背景。
? IT software: Basic knowledge and affinity for the usage of IT systems.
IT軟件：具有使用IT系統(tǒng)的基本知識和認知能力。
