職位描述

主要崗位職責(zé)：
1. 與其他操作員和維修工程師密切合作，負(fù)責(zé)LASU的日常運(yùn)營，包括工藝調(diào)整，管道輸送系統(tǒng)，產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量控制，拖車裝載，日?，F(xiàn)場/設(shè)備檢查等。確保工廠安全高效運(yùn)行。
2. 記錄日/月生產(chǎn)報(bào)表，執(zhí)行日/月日常工作。
3. 協(xié)助維護(hù)工程師實(shí)施預(yù)防性維護(hù)。
4. 參加安全會(huì)議，執(zhí)行日常安全審核并撰寫安全報(bào)告。
5. 熟悉相關(guān)的工藝規(guī)程和現(xiàn)場所有設(shè)備的操作，并能自主啟動(dòng)或關(guān)閉設(shè)備。當(dāng)然可以自己帶ASU裝置暖啟動(dòng)和除霜。
6. 參加所有必要的培訓(xùn)并取得必要的證書和資格。學(xué)習(xí)并執(zhí)行相關(guān)程序/安全標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。
7. 遵守AP的政策和法規(guī)，遵守EH&S程序/標(biāo)準(zhǔn)
8. 英語水平逐步提高，能閱讀安全手冊(cè)和操作手冊(cè)。
9. 其他分配的工作

工作要求：
1. 大專及以上學(xué)歷，化工、化工、機(jī)械、工業(yè)自動(dòng)化、儀表工程等相關(guān)專業(yè)。
2. 簡單的英語閱讀能力。
3. 良好的安全知識(shí)。
4. 誠實(shí)、積極、勤奮、學(xué)習(xí)能力強(qiáng)，有良好的團(tuán)隊(duì)合作精神和執(zhí)行力。
5. 適合輪班工作。

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

1. Work closely with other operators and maintenance engineers to be responsible for daily operation of LASU including process adjustment, pipeline delivery system, product quality control, trailer loading, routine field/equipment inspection etc. Ensure the plant run safely and efficiently.
2. Record daily/monthly production report and execute daily/monthly routine job.
3. Assist maintenance engineers to implement preventive maintenance.
4. Attend safety meeting and execute routine safety audits and write safety reports.
5. Know clearly relevant process procedures and the operation of all site equipment, and surely can start up or shut down the plant himself. Surely can take ASU plant warm start up and plant defrost by himself.
6. Attend all required training and obtain required certifications and qualifications. Learn and implement relevant procedure/safety standard.
7. Abide by AP policies and regulations, follow EH&S procedure/ standard
8. Improve English level gradually, be able to read safety manual and operation manual.
9. Any other duties as assigned.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

1. College or above in Chemical process, Chemical engineering, Mechanical engineering, Industrial automation, Instrument engineering or related disciplines.
2. Simple English reading skill.
3. Good knowledge in safety.
4. Honest, positive, hardworking, learning fast, good team work spirit and strong execution power.
5. Suitable for shift work.
