PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES 主要崗位職責

-Facilitate the use of and compliance to AP EH&S standards in Purification Plant ops such that EH&S performance continually improves and performance goals are met or exceeded. Ultimate result desire zero injuries.
在凈化裝置操作維護中推進和服從空氣化工全部環(huán)保、健康、安全標準，進行持續(xù)改進以達到或優(yōu)于管理目標。終極目標是“零傷害”。
-Execute site routine patrol inspection, discover and eliminate the potential safety hazard. To ensure the plant is operated safely, efficiently and in compliance with contractual requirements & on-stream guarantees.
組織實施現(xiàn)場按時巡檢，發(fā)現(xiàn)和消除可能的安全危害。確保凈化裝置安全、高效運行，服從和滿足合同要求，不斷提高裝置在線運行率。
-Ensure compliance with process safety, MOC’s, and OPHR’s requirements.
必須遵守工藝安全、變更管理及運行裝置危險性分析提出的有關安全要求。
-Drive continuous improvement and sharing of best operation practices at the plants.
對凈化裝置現(xiàn)場操作進行持續(xù)改進，并分享凈化裝置運行經(jīng)驗。
-Training new operating staff for the Purification Shift Ops Team.
對本班新的凈化裝置現(xiàn)場運行人員進行崗位培訓。

JOB REQUIREMENTS（崗位要求）

Candidates for this position with be evaluation on the basis of the following: 候選人任職資格
-College Degree or above.
大專及以上學歷。
-Demonstrated learning and interpersonal skills. Proactive, honest, teamwork and hard working.
有較強的學習能力和人際交往能力。勤奮誠實可靠，努力工作以實現(xiàn)自己的理想。
-The higher understanding of security.
對安全有較高的認識。
-Suitable for shift work.
適合倒班工作。
-Degree in Chemical engineering, mechanical engineering, and/or industrial automation and instrumentation. etc. And/or Having a demonstrated record of continued advancement from Field Operator Position with 1 year of relative plant experiences.
化學工程與工藝、機械工程、工業(yè)自動化與儀表專業(yè)應屆畢業(yè)生?；蚓哂性诿簹鈨艋b置或類似復雜裝置現(xiàn)場操作人員崗位上連續(xù)工作滿一年左右經(jīng)歷的在職人員。
