職位描述

崗位職責：
BASF is currently building a new Verbund site in Zhanjiang, Guangdong province. Announced in July 2018 and officially commenced in November 2019, BASF Guangdong Verbund site project would be BASF's largest investment with up to US$10 billion upon completion and would be operated under the sole responsibility of BASF. The site would ultimately be the third-largest BASF site worldwide, and will be built into a role model for smart manufacturing and sustainable production by utilizing the latest digital technologies and applying the highest safety standards.

Main Tasks:
- Support the Project/Engineering Manager with regard to Civil engineering and/or Civil construction issues.
- Coordinate, monitor & control all key Civil Engineering activities towards contractor or engineering partner’s work at the individual Project.
- Monitor resources, deadline, performance and costs regarding to Civil discipline at projects.
- Represent the owner interests in the project towards Engineering contractor/ partner, Vendors, construction companies etc.
- Prepare Cost Estimate, supervising or preparing of Basic Engineering documents and Technical Bid Evaluation.
- Establish local know-how and market contacts in the relevant discipline and share with other/new project teams in BASF Asia Pacific and globally.
- Make sure the local Regulation or special requirement regarding to Civil discipline are met in a Investment project; Support the local authority permitting work as necessary by consulting the government authorities and providing related documentation

任職要求：
Requirements:　　　　　　　　
- Bachelor Degree with major in Civil engineering, mandatory
- At least more than 10 years total work experiences, mandatory
- At least more than 9 years' work experiences in Civil engineering function for Petro-chemical, chemical & pharmacy industry, mandatory
- Work experiences under an international environment will be an advantage
- Good knowledge in Civil engineering, mandatory
- Good knowledge for Chinese Civil discipline code/ standard, mandatory
- Solid skill in relevant software/tools like PKPM, CAD, mandatory
- Basic skill of spoken and written English
- Preferable to have cost knowledge of Civil works
- Preferable to have knowledge of Civil construction
- Basic knowledge for International Civil discipline code/ standard, Preferable
