職位描述

崗位職責(zé)：
? Manage NDT related activities in BIG site, including but not limited to: develop and manage NDT and special NDT contractors and ensured testing quality and contractors’ performance; coordinate the implementation of NDT jobs in BIG and ensure NDT job quality; developing and update related specs and procedures.
? For new project, during new equipment fabrication, supervise the NDT activities by manufacturers and their raw material (in terms of forgings, castings, plates, tubes/pipes, bolts and nuts, etc) subsuppliers, including their NDT contractors to ensure that codes and BASF additional requirements are implemented in good quality. Developing, qualifying and approving NDT procedures, establishing NDT technique solution for special cases. supervise vendor’s NDT division and qualified NDT service contractors also assist them to improve technical progress.
? Ensure NDT quality during construction phase of new projects.
? Recommend/consultant for effective NDT methods for plant status evaluation purpose. Develop NDT solutions according to BASF plants’ needs together with materials engineering and inspection colleagues according to possible degradation mechanisms when there is no existing method. Ensure complete & accurate test data acquired by Special NDT contractors for new fabricated equipment and running equipment, such as Phased array, TOFD, ECT, IRIS. Interpreting test result/test data base on own experience and object tested actual work conditions.
? Present NDT application in Chemical industry to employer’s plants in AP region and exchange experiences with global experts.
? Radar function of the emerging new NDT methods and validating applications for employer’s benefits.
? Finish other jobs assigned by line manager.

任職要求：
? Bachelor degree mandatory, Master degree will be an advantage.
? At least 5 years NDT work experiences. Experience of NDT in Chemical industry is a plus.
? Be familiar with conventional NDT techniques, like RT/UT/ET/PT/MT etc.
? knowledge about advanced NDT methods like Phased Array, TOFD, IRIS etc.
? Sufficient background in special equipment for chemical industry; include shop fabrication/ site construction/in service inspection and testing.
? International work experiences will be an advantage.
? Fluent in both written and spoken English and Chinese.
? Good Command of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Application.
