崗位職責(zé)

The lead operator assists the Production Manager/ Facility Manager, and in his absence to manage the plant routine operation. ensure compliance with process safety, MOC, and OPHR requirements. /裝置經(jīng)理，并在其不在時管理工廠日常運(yùn)行；確保遵循工藝安全、MOC和OPHR的要求； The lead operator works closely with other operators and engineers. Involve plant preventive maintenance. Improve English level constantly, being able to read the safety manual and operation manual.
Facilitate the interaction with customer, authorities and other departments. On shift emergency evacuation sponsor, crisis coordinator within shift.
Responsible for the spare parts management.
Keep in contact with suppliers, engineers, project and maintenance contractors; conduct / take part in troubleshooting root cause analysis with related people when it needs. /參與故障排除根本原因分析； Conduct cross training with colleagues. Can take all of Level1 required skills, training and lead the way other operators; Level 1要求的技能，培訓(xùn)并帶領(lǐng)其他操作員。 Abide by AP policies and regulations, follow EH&S procedure/ standard. JOB REQUIREMENTS

任職資格

At least diploma and/or above in chemical engineering, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, industrial automation or instrumentation and related specialty.
化工、機(jī)械、電器、工業(yè)自動化或儀表相關(guān)專業(yè)大專及以上學(xué)歷。
At least 3 years working experience with a manufacturing company；
3年以上制造企業(yè)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)；
Have good safety, health and environmental knowledge and understand site safety management；
具備良好的安全健康環(huán)保知識，了解現(xiàn)場安全管理；
ASU experience and English ability would be preferable.
具有空分工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)和英語能力者優(yōu)先；
Energetic, honest, and hard working.

Be enthusiastic and aggressive to learn.
具有學(xué)習(xí)的熱情和進(jìn)取心；
Suitable for shift work;
